I have designed a 6 session course which introduces new students to the history and philosophy of Yoga, the Types of Yoga and basic postures. These are private or semi-private classes taught in the student’s home. Following these classes, I recommend the steps for them to take should they desire to continue their yoga journey. These steps include recommending specific classes and teachers based on the student’s personality and desire.
