Providing sustainable, evidence-based wellness solutions for students, Private and group yoga classes attuned to the needs of individuals as well as the collective group. Set to uplifting and beautiful music, group sessions are uniquely constructed to find a tender and lively alignment-based flow within the energy of the room through challenging and then relaxing the mind, body, and spirit. Individual sessions are constructed to fit the needs and wants of the students in order to balance their overall energy and fitness.
