Yoga Psychology, Hatha, Restorative
Classes are inspired by yogic philosophy and the perspective that our emotions and beliefs become “embodied” in our physical structure, posture, and style of self-organization. Erika enjoys exploring the self and the Self on and off the yoga mat using yogic postures, meditation, and breath work. Her private integrative therapy sessions incorporate yoga, somatic psychology, and polarity therapy bodywork. She provides workshops on yoga psychology, private sessions, and public classes.
