Amanda Vernor has practiced yoga since 1996 and maintained a daily Mysore-style Ashtanga practice since 2001. She is a direct student of Sri Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswamy, and her teaching style is grounded in the principles of traditional Ashtanga. Amanda is also studying for comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body University. She offers private and small-group classes in south Austin. |
